CSCEC perfectly fulfills the contract for the first phase of the R&F Princess Cove project in Ma
On March 28, the first phase of the R&F Princess Cove project in Malaysia, which was mainly supplied by China State Construction Commercial Concrete Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China State Construction Commercial Concrete"), ushered in a major celebration. Its podium commercial street officially opened on the same day. The first phase of the “super project” concrete project has come to an end. China State Construction Commercial Concrete has achieved perfect performance in concrete processing and concrete pumping services.
The first phase of the R&F Princess Bay project is the first project of CSCEC to enter the Malaysian market. The contract value of the project is 12.67 million ringgits (approximately RMB 20.9 million). Since 2014, CSCEC has supplied cumulatively for the project The concrete is about 370,000 cubic meters, and the pumping concrete is about 250,000 cubic meters. Since the topping of all the main structures of the project in August 2018, CSCEC started from satisfying the interests of customers, overcoming the complex construction site, the difficulty of construction (the average construction time of one side is up to 1h), the high requirements for concrete slump protection, and the occupation of special concrete. It is difficult to compare with the high-end, and the accumulated supply of "small square quantity" of concrete is nearly 800 cubic meters, which provides strong support for the smooth completion of the project. With the monthly output of a single-line mixing plant in Malaysia being only around 8,000, China State Construction Concrete gave full play to the production capacity of the mixing plant and tanker transportation capacity to achieve a monthly output of nearly 20,000 cubic meters, breaking the monthly output record of the local mixing plant's single-line production. CSCEC also cooperated with a local concrete company to smoothly pour the 2.5-meter-thick G50 conversion layer in Malaysia using the technology of ice cooling throughout the entire process, helping Party A to create the fastest construction speed of the conversion layer in Malaysia. Through flexible rotation and scheduling, continuous and uninterrupted production during holidays including Ramadan and Chinese New Year was realized, creating conditions for Party A to rush to work, and winning the "Best Partner" banner of the project contractor, China Construction Third Bureau Malaysia with high-quality service. .
In the context of the “One Belt One Road” era, CSCEC has followed the strategic decision of “borrowing boats to go to sea” and has entered the Malaysian market for the past five years. It has been adhering to the concept of “shaping high-quality architectural products and creating high-end quality” and actively promotes Project service responsibility system, in-depth development of refined management, and continuous promotion of quality management upgrades, to win the appreciation of owners and Party A with high-quality services and high-quality products. In order to deepen the Malaysian market and build Malaysia into a “bridgehead” radiating Southeast Asia, CSCEC registered and established the “China West Construction Group (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd” company in Malaysia in 2018. The successful performance of the first large-scale project has expanded The local visibility of the newly-built company has increased its influence in the regional market and laid a solid foundation for its deployment in Malaysia.
It is reported that the R&F Princess Cove project is located in the downtown area of Johor Bahru, Malaysia to the north, and is adjacent to Singapore across the Straits of Johor to the south. The total construction area is about 6.5 million square meters. It is planned to be built into high-end residences, five-star hotels, super-class A office buildings, and international fashion commercials. Large-scale high-end international coastal communities with six top business formats such as streets, sky garden-style clubs, and coastal promenades have become landmark complexes of national gateways between Singapore and Malaysia, and are veritable "super projects". The completed first phase of the project has a total construction area of approximately 650,000 square meters and a total of 15 towers. Each tower is composed of 4 floors of underground garages and 35 floors of residential buildings. The building height is 123 meters. The first large-scale opera house in Johor Bahru together constitutes a large-scale international coastal commercial complex radiating both Singapore and Malaysia.
