    On January 8, 1961, Premier Zhou Enlai visited Bagan and donated money to the pagoda of Ruixi Palace. The Burmese people used the money donated by Premier Zhou Enlai at that time to build a pavilion with an area of about 76 square meters next to the pagoda of Ruixi Palace for the people to rest. In July 2016, after consulting with the Ruixi Palace Management Committee, the Chinese Embassy in Myanmar entrusted the Chinese Consulate General in Mandalay to renovate the pavilion. China also invited all members of the Ruixi Palace Management Committee to visit Beijing and Tianjin, visited the Zhou Enlai Memorial Hall in Tianjin. In September, the pavilion repair work was successfully completed, and the handover ceremony was held at the pagoda of Ruixi Palace in Bagan. The "Zhou Enlai Pavilion" was kept in Myanmar forever.

    Premier Zhou Enlai visited Myanmar 9 times before his death, and once put on Myanmar national costumes to celebrate the Songkran Festival with the Myanmar people. These moving scenes vividly demonstrated the long-standing Paukphaw friendship between China and Myanmar to the world, and they have become a good story in the history of friendly exchanges between China and Myanmar, and they are still remembered and recited by the people of China and Myanmar. At present, Bagan and Miaowu in Rakhine State are both applying for entry into the World Cultural Heritage List. They need a lot of financial support, and they also need to make adjustments to laws and regulations.     Ang Ang Ge pointed out that in recent years, some Burmese people have always dreamed of getting help from some Western countries, but their illusions shattered at the initial stage.
