Another passenger plane accident at Myanmar Airport
At 7:15 on the 12th local time in Myanmar, a flight UB103 flying from Yangon to Mandalay, during its landing at Mandalay International Airport in Myanmar, encountered an unexpected situation where the front landing gear could not be opened. The process was forced to land. The head of the center machine touches the ground. Fortunately, there were 82 passengers on board with no casualties.
It is reported that the pilot found that the front landing gear could not be opened before the plane landed, and used up the jet fuel by circling before the forced landing to avoid the plane's fire and explosion during the forced landing. The aircraft involved is the E190, the EMBRAERERJ-190 aircraft, developed by Embraer, the world’s third largest commercial aircraft manufacturer and the world’s largest regional aircraft manufacturer.
This is the second passenger plane accident in Myanmar four days later. On the 8th local time, a Bangladesh Airlines plane dashed off the cargo runway near Terminal 3 when it landed at Yangon Airport in Myanmar. The upper part was broken into three pieces, and the head and two wings were obviously damaged. A total of 1 pilot, 1 flight attendant and 9 passengers were injured to varying degrees.
