Myanmar is no longer forcing foreign tourists to buy COVID-19 insurance when they enter the country
Foreign travelers entering Myanmar will no longer be required to buy COVID-19 insurance from March 1, according to the latest regulations issued by the country's health authorities, according to the Chinese Embassy in Myanmar.
Earlier, in response to the requirement for Chinese nationals to buy COVID-19 insurance when entering Myanmar, the Chinese Embassy in Myanmar sent several notes to relevant government departments in Myanmar, urging the Myanmar side to cancel the mandatory requirement on buying COVID-19 insurance.
