    According to the management committee of Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone, Spring and Autumn Times Films Co., Ltd. will set up its wholly-owned subsidiary in Pingtan to enjoy the corresponding preferential film and television policies. It will shoot, produce, and produce 1 to 3 film and television works in Pingtan every year. .     A relevant person from the Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone Management Committee said that the enterprises that settle in Pingtan, the young film and television talents signed by both sides of the strait comply with the Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone's introduction of high-level talents, and they can enjoy the corresponding treatment after identification. Pingtan will also launch the "Cross-Strait Youth Film and Television Art Festival" for film and television companies and young talents across the strait, and build Pingtan into a training camp, habitat and growth base for global youth film and television talents.

    In addition, Pingtan plans to set up box office awards, broadcast media awards, award-winning works supporting awards and other awards to increase awards for outstanding film and television works. Specifically, films declared and produced by Pingtan enterprises and filmed in Pingtan with certain framing will receive progressive box office awards; TV dramas that are premiered on CCTV or provincial satellite TV in prime time will be rewarded respectively; domestic and international majors will be awarded.
