Indonesia's manufacturing sector is growing steadily
In recent times, Indonesia's manufacturing sector has continued to improve.
The latest Standard & Poor's global report shows that Indonesia's manufacturing purchasing managers' index rose to 52.5 in June, up 2.2 points from 50.3 in May, the 22nd consecutive month of expansion, and the growth rate is one of the largest increases in the past year and a half.
This result is in line with the increase in the industrial confidence index previously released by the Indonesian Ministry of Industry. The data showed that Indonesia's industrial confidence index reached 53.93 in June, an increase of 3.03 points from May. This figure is also the highest since the release of the industrial confidence index in November last year.
