Lin Jian said that the China-Asean Senior Officials' Consultation is an important annual dialogue and cooperation mechanism between the foreign ministries of China and ASEAN countries. We hope that through this consultation, we can review and look forward to the development of China-Asean comprehensive strategic partnership, focus on deepening exchanges on China-Asean relations and East Asia regional cooperation under the new circumstances, and promote the building of a closer China-Asean community of shared future. We will accumulate more practical results and promote regional peace, stability and common development.
