The 20th World Congress of Traditional Chinese Medicine was held in the Philippines
According to the Chinese Embassy in the Philippines, the 20th World Congress of Traditional Chinese Medicine was held in Manila from November 14 to 15. Chinese Ambassador to the Philippines Huang Xilian was invited to attend the opening ceremony and delivered a speech.
Huang Xilian pointed out that the theme of this conference is health for all and promoting the integration of traditional medicine into global health governance, which reflects the common aspirations and expectations of the international community. It is hoped that China and the Philippines will work together to further promote bilateral cooperation and exchanges in the field of medicine and health, promote mutual learning between traditional Chinese medicine and Philippine traditional medicine, and contribute to improving the health and well-being of the Chinese and Philippine people and building a community of human health.
The opening ceremony also held the Chinese medicine International Contribution Award - Works award ceremony, Chinese medicine international standard construction promotion base award ceremony and Chinese medicine service trade exhibition and other activities.
