Singapore Post releases LaMP, a new generation of integrated logistics service platform
Recently, Singapore Post released a new generation of "last mile" integrated logistics service platform LaMP, which has created an open e-commerce ecosystem for retailers and logistics service providers, allowing enterprises to easily and flexibly control parcel delivery.
LaMP is the English abbreviation of the "last mile" platform. As Singapore Post's first exclusive logistics software, it integrates various "last mile" service solutions such as door-to-door delivery by couriers, parcel locker pickup, and physical store pickup. The platform integrates the services provided by different logistics providers, providing consumers and e-commerce retail enterprises with unprecedented convenient services.
The LaMP platform brings together the "last mile" logistics resources in Southeast Asia. Through the LaMP platform, retail companies can allow consumers in any country in Southeast Asia to receive online orders at any delivery node in the platform network.
Singapore Post has also signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Park N Parcel. 1,600 Parkers pickup points under Park N Parcel will join the LaMP logistics platform. Most Parkers are registered personal or retail stores. After the cooperation between the two parties, the LaMP platform packages can be arranged to be delivered to Parkers' homes or Parkers stores to provide convenience for consumers to pick up the packages.
