The Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce welcomes the new Chinese ambassador
Sun Haiyan, the new Chinese Ambassador to Singapore, attended the welcome dinner jointly hosted by The Singapore Chinese General Chamber of Commerce and Chinese Enterprises (Singapore) Association. Leaders of key members of the TWO sessions attended the event.
This is thanks to the dedication of the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce over the years and the hard work of Chinese enterprises. It is also the result of the concerted efforts of friendly people from all walks of life in China and New Zealand. Ambassador Sun said that the Chinese Embassy will take the initiative to build a platform and provide support for the cooperation between enterprises of the two countries and jointly push china-Singapore economic and trade cooperation to a higher level.
Mr. Goh Quanqing, Chairman of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce, and Mr. Cheng Jun, chairman of the Chinese Enterprises (Singapore) Association, welcomed Ambassador Sun haiyan on behalf of the two sessions respectively. They hoped that with the care and assistance of the Chinese Embassy, the cooperation between Singapore and Chinese enterprises could be promoted to a new level.
