Ambassador to ASEAN Hou Yanqi exchanged views with senior Brunei officials on China-Asean relations
From July 8 to 10, 2024, Ambassador Hou Yanqi visited Brunei, met with Minister in the Prime Minister's Office and Minister in Charge of Finance and Finance Liu Guangming, Minister in Charge of Foreign Affairs Ariwan, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports Nazmi, and met with Permanent Secretary of Brunei's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Senior Official of ASEAN Affairs Jo Halia.
The two sides highly appreciated the achievements in the development of China-Asean relations and indicated that they will continue to implement the important consensus reached by the leaders, expand and deepen cooperation in such areas as economy, trade and investment, digital economy, green economy, people-to-people exchanges and climate change.
