The Chinese Embassy in Thailand held a reunion for the trainees who will be sent to China in 2025.
ASEAN Headline News: According to the Chinese Embassy in Thailand, on August 29th, the Chinese Embassy in Thailand held a reunion event for the trainees from Thailand who will be sent to China for training in 2025. Chinese Ambassador Zhang Jianwei, Chinese Ambassador's Counsellor Jiang Wei, First Vice Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Thai Senate Chawapong, and representatives of the Thai trainees who will be sent to China for training, along with over 300 people, attended the event. The Chinese Embassy in Thailand is willing to continue to closely cooperate with all sectors of the Thai society, and promote multi-form, wide-ranging and in-depth capacity-building cooperation. We hope that the trainees will make new contributions to the friendship between the two countries and the mutual understanding between the people in their respective positions.
Dawapong said in his speech that the training courses in China provide the Thai side with valuable opportunities to gain a deeper understanding of China's governance and grassroots practices. He looks forward to the continuous deepening of Thailand-China cooperation and the promotion of prosperity and development together.
