Pham Minh said recent economic and trade cooperation between Vietnam and Saudi Arabia has made gratifying progress, but it is still not commensurate with the potential of the two countries. In order to promote the breakthrough development of investment cooperation between the two countries in the future, Pham Minh Thien suggested that the Fund expand its investment in Vietnam's digital transformation, green economy, circular economy, innovation, renewable energy, high technology, industry, tourism and halal industry in the form of direct, indirect and multilateral cooperation.
