On the afternoon of November 15 local time, Vietnamese President Vu Van Thant delivered a speech at a Vietnam-US business and local roundtable in San Francisco on the sidelines of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) 2023 Economic Leaders' Meeting Week and bilateral activities in the United States.
At the symposium, Wu Wenxu and US officials jointly witnessed the exchange ceremony of texts of cooperation agreements between various departments, agencies and localities of the two countries on education and training, reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, development of industrial parks, urban development and eco-tourism development, consumption of agricultural products, training of integrated circuit design talents, construction of seaport infrastructure, artificial intelligence and development of renewable energy.
