Vietnam has become the largest source of benefits in the Shanghai Customs Area under the China-Asean
Up to now, Shanghai Customs has accepted a total of 47,000 preferential import declarations from Vietnam under the China-Asean Free Trade Agreement and the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP), benefiting 26.62 billion yuan of imported goods and 2.32 billion yuan of tax concessions.
The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) has entered a new stage of full implementation, bringing new opportunities to many foreign trade enterprises. Recently, a batch of endovascular angiography guide wire imported from Vietnam by Telmao Medical Products (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. arrived in Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone for bonded storage, and was ready to be sold to the domestic market after customs declaration in Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone. Thanks to the ASEAN-China Free Trade Agreement (FTA) and the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP), the goods can enjoy zero tariff benefits.
