In May 2024, additional foreign investment in Vietnam reached a new high for several months this year, reaching more than $800 million. This shows Vietnam's attractiveness and recovery ability for foreign investors, and also reflects the relatively convenient environment for foreign investment in Vietnam.

The increased confidence and optimism of businesses and foreign investors is also fully reflected in recent surveys by domestic and foreign organizations, such as the European Chamber of Commerce Vietnam Business Confidence Index (BCI) survey in the first quarter of this year, which reached 52.8%, a new high since 2022, proving that the confidence of the European business community in Vietnam is increasing.
