The Vietnam factory of Lego Group has been completed and put into operation
Comprehensive news: The manufacturing plant of the world-renowned toy manufacturer Lego Group in Binh Duong Province, southern Vietnam, was completed and put into operation on the 9th. The Lego Group said that this factory is its sixth factory worldwide and the second one in Asia.
Niels Christiansen, the CEO of the Lego Group (Chinese name: Ni Zhiwei), said that this factory reflects the group's commitment to sustainable development and innovation. By increasing production capacity, Lego is bringing a richer Lego play experience to children and Lego fans in the Asia-Pacific region.
The Lego Group said that this factory will achieve 100% renewable energy operation by early 2026, and it will also become the first Lego factory dedicated to the production of paper pre-packaged bags.
The Lego Group will also open a distribution center in Dong Nai Province in southern Vietnam to help serve the markets of Australia and other Asian countries. This will be the second distribution center of the Lego Group in Asia, and the center will be officially put into operation later this year.
