Enshi, Hubei, June 12 (Xinhua) -- (Guo Xiaoying, Chen Hang) International flight PN6536, which entered from Hanoi, Vietnam, landed smoothly at Enshi Xujiaping International Airport at noon on the 12th. 143 Vietnamese tourists began their summer vacation in Enshi. This is the first international route opened by Enshi Aviation Port after its official opening to the outside world.

The aviation port of Enshi Xujiaping Airport passed the acceptance inspection on November 14, 2024, and was officially opened to the public. The launch of the direct flight route from Enshi to Hanoi has greatly facilitated in-depth cooperation between Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture and Vietnam and even ASEAN countries in areas such as trade and investment, cultural tourism, science and education, and humanities. It has also built a fast "air corridor" for local enterprises to "go global" and for resources from outside the region to "come in".
