Total value of US$5.573 billion
The total value of the Yalong Express Train construction project reached 575 million U.S. dollars (about 74.9 trillion dong). Of this, 75% comes from loans from the China Construction Bank (CBD), and the remaining 25% (18.7 trillion rupiah) must be provided by the Indonesia China Express (KCIC) company.
Based on a 60% share, the Indonesian company Bilal must allocate 11.2 trillion rupiah. The funds allocated by the four consortium members were 4.2 trillion rupiah (38%) for Vijayakalya Company, 1.3 trillion Rupiah (12%) for Chasa Marga Company, and 285 billion Rupiah for Indonesia Railway Company ( 25%), and the Eighth State Plantation Company 2.805 billion dong (25%).
The investment in the Yalong Express train construction project did not use the national budget and obtain government guarantees, but was implemented by the Indonesian state-owned company consortium and China Railway International Co., Ltd. through a business to business (business to business) method.
