Chinese enterprises signed a memorandum of understanding with the University of Brunei
Asean Headlines - According to the Chinese Embassy in Brunei, on May 8th, Chinese Ambassador to Brunei Xiao Jianguo attended the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation between Inner Mongolia Jiuke Kangrui Environmental Protection Technology Co., LTD. (Jiuke Company) and the University of Brunei. The event was attended by the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Brunei, Hazri, Zhang Na, the representative of Jiuko Company, and Shi Rongke, the counselor of the Chinese Embassy.
Hazri said in his speech that the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between the University of Brunei and Jiuko Company will further enhance cooperation between the two sides in seawater desalination and wastewater treatment, fully leverage the academic capabilities of the University of Brunei and the engineering and technical advantages of Jiuko Company, and meet the development needs of Brunei and its surrounding areas.
Jiuke Company stated that it will donate seawater desalination experimental equipment to the University of Brunei and jointly build relevant laboratories for the display of seawater desalination technology achievements and the needs of teaching and research.
