The third China-Belarus Cultural and Art Festival has opened.

ASEAN Headline News: According to the Chinese Embassy in Brunei, on the morning of September 27th, the third China-Berunei Cultural and Art Festival officially opened. Chinese Ambassador to Brunei Xiao Jianguo, government officials, artists, diplomatic representatives from various countries in Brunei, Chinese and local overseas Chinese, and other friendly people from all walks of life, approximately 200 people, attended the opening ceremony.

At the opening ceremony, Xiao Jianguo and the guests jointly enjoyed the artistic performances such as dances, songs, and martial arts presented by the Nanjing Little Red Flower Art Troupe and local artists. They also jointly wrote and painted on the spot with the local artists to express their best wishes for the friendly relations between the two countries. In the afternoon, a screening of outstanding Chinese films was held, and a symposium titled "The History and Future Outlook of the Maritime Silk Road between China and Brunei" was held, attracting active participation from people from all sectors of Brunei.

This cultural and art festival focused on the Maritime Silk Road as the main theme, and mainly exhibited dozens of works created by artists from both countries, including paintings and calligraphy.
