Cambodia's "Golden Monkey God-2019" live-fire military exercise kicked off
The Cambodian "Golden Monkey God-2019" live ammunition military exercise started on May 4, local time at a base in Kampot Province, Cambodia.
Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Army of Cambodia and Army Commander Hung Mane presided over the opening ceremony.
The purpose of this military exercise is to strengthen the combat effectiveness of Cambodian army officers and soldiers in defending national territory and sovereignty, and to test the professional skills of officers and soldiers in the use of weapons.
According to reports, more than a thousand officers and soldiers participated in this military exercise, and a variety of advanced weapons were used at the same time to test the effectiveness of the Wang Jiajun’s training in the past year.
