Vietnam and Cambodia issued a joint statement
Vietnam and Cambodia issued the joint statement on the occasion of Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Triang's official visit to the Kingdom of Cambodia from November 8 to 9 led by a high-level Vietnamese delegation.
The joint statement noted that during his visit to Cambodia, Prime Minister Pham Minh Zheng held talks with his Cambodian counterpart Hun Sen. The two sides stressed the significance of Mr. Pham Minh Maeng's first official visit to the Kingdom of Cambodia as Prime Minister of the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in the joyful atmosphere of the "Year of Friendship between Vietnam and Cambodia" and the 55th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between the two countries.
