A celebration rally to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the Lao People’s Army was held on the 20th at the military parade ground of Kumadan College, Vientiane Province, Laos. The General Secretary of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party Central Committee and State President Bunyan delivered a speech at the celebration rally.
