Deeply cultivate overseas markets
In August 2017, the core team of Pacific Construction flew to Kuala Lumpur and embarked on a one-week tour of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, brand roadshows, and site selection inspections. During the meeting with many people in the political, business and academic circles, including Fadilla, the corporate culture of Pacific Construction was cited as a classic quote by the Malaysian team, and it also won the recognition and resonance of the Malaysian government.
In November 2017, Yan Hao, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Pacific Construction, went to Kuala Lumpur to hold talks with Fadilla, Deputy Minister of Transport of Malaysia Aziz, Deputy Minister of Finance Li Zhiliang and other high-level Malaysian government officials. The two sides conducted in-depth consultations on Pacific Construction's participation in the infrastructure construction in Malaysia and the location of the ASEAN headquarters.
The Ministry of Transport of Malaysia officially sent a letter inviting Pacific Construction to participate in the construction of the Kuala Lumpur Metro Line 3 project, and hopes to use this as an opportunity to develop comprehensive cooperation with Pacific Construction.
Fadilla said frankly that this special inspection is to pave the way for the next step of the comprehensive cooperation between the two sides on Malaysia's infrastructure construction. He also said with emotion that what moved him most was the bright blueprint drawn by the Pacific Construction for him. The changes that the Pacific Construction can bring to Malaysia bear the local people's yearning for a better life. This made him feel the warmth of his hometown in a foreign winter.
The post-85s young "head" repeatedly emphasized the brand standards of Pacific Construction during the talks. He said that Pacific Construction has mature experience in cooperating with the government. In Malaysia, it will continue to uphold the core values of "safety first, word of mouth second, and benefit third". High efficiency" "suffering, suffering, bearing responsibility, offending, enduring pain" standards of doing things, bringing the "resources, wisdom and capital" of the world's top 500 companies into Malaysia and integrating them into Malaysia. Spirit, and play a leading role in the field of infrastructure construction in Malaysia.
Malaysia is the first country to establish diplomatic relations with China after the establishment of ASEAN, and it has also become the preferred Southeast Asian market for Chinese companies to "go out". Yan Hao made no secret of his ambitions for the Malaysian market. He said that he felt Malaysia's open economic environment, sound legal system and good corporate management through many dockings, and he was very optimistic about the development of Malaysia. Through the docking with the high level of the Malaysian government, Pacific Construction's idea of using Kuala Lumpur as the headquarters of Southeast Asia was strengthened.
When invited to attend the China-Singapore Economic, Trade and Investment Cooperation Forum in November last year, Yan Hao also said that Southeast Asia is an important hub for the construction of the “Belt and Road”. As China’s largest city operator, Pacific Construction participates in infrastructure construction in Southeast Asia. It is the general trend of development and the inevitability of history. Pacific Construction will always uphold the corporate spirit of "wisdom, conscience, endurance, and loss", committed to the glory of the country, the dignity of the nation, and be a national enterprise with a global perspective, moving from building the Pacific to building the Pacific.
The Southeast Asian market has always been the bridgehead of Pacific Construction facing the "Belt and Road". Prior to this, Pacific Construction has had many dockings with Southeast Asian countries.
In August last year, Yan Hao was invited to the Philippine Embassy in China to meet with the Philippine Ambassador to China Romana. The two sides communicated on Pacific Construction's participation in Philippine infrastructure construction and corporate market planning in Southeast Asia. Yan Hao said frankly that he hopes that through time, the Philippine government will see the level, pattern and mindset of a Chinese private enterprise.
In September last year, the core executives of Pacific Construction met with Indonesian Ambassador to China Sugen Rahalzo, Vietnamese Ambassador to China Deng Mingkui, and Myanmar Ambassador to China U Di Lin Wong in Beijing. During the meeting with the three ambassadors, Pacific Construction all expressed their confidence and determination to promote cooperation with Southeast Asian countries.
It is worth mentioning that in November last year, Yan Hao was cordially received by Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc as the only representative of China's construction industry during his invitation to attend the 2017 Vietnam APEC Leaders' Meeting Week series of activities. Nguyen Xuan Phuc highly affirmed the important role of Pacific Construction in the construction of the "Belt and Road", and hoped that Pacific Construction will further demonstrate the strong strength of the world's top 500, through infrastructure construction, build a "bridge" between Vietnam and China, and promote business exchanges between the two countries .
