As an important international exchange platform, the East Expo has gathered many advanced technological achievements. Cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, biotechnology, and blockchain were unveiled at the previous East Expo, demonstrating the cutting-edge innovation and application of "intelligent manufacturing in China".

At the 20th East Fair, the "80,000 tons die forging press" model of national heavy equipment debuted at the East Fair, with this "steel giant", high-end large die forging parts required by aviation, aerospace, Marine, nuclear power, high-speed rail can be independently manufactured. "In the manufacturing of domestic C919 large aircraft aviation die forging products, our R & D team continued to study, and finally conquered more than 10 key core technologies, and successfully forged the key die forging parts of C919 aircraft main landing gear." "Green + smart", under the dual background of promoting China-Asean sustainable development cooperation in the "double carbon" era and the official entry into force of RCEP, the IBO will actively take the lead in industrial chain cooperation, build a platform for promoting bilateral cooperation in green low-carbon fields and the development of new energy and other industries, and further deepen the cooperation between China and ASEAN on green economy.

In 2023, all venues of the East Expo will use 100% green electricity for the first time, reducing carbon emissions by more than 1,200 tons. China Southern Power Grid Company, which is adjacent to the ASEAN region and has a good geographical advantage, has continuously realized the interconnection of 110 kV and above lines with the power grids of ASEAN countries in the past 20 years, achieving a total cross-border two-way power trade of nearly 70 billion KWH, of which clean energy accounts for more than 90%, forming a green mutual economic pattern with neighboring countries, injecting green momentum into regional economic and social development.

From new-energy vehicles to cultural tourism and health care, from cross-border e-commerce to digital transportation...... Every year, the East Expo has a large number of "heavyweight" scientific and technological achievements. The Expo will continue to boost regional economic development by improving the quality of exhibitions and the level of cooperation in multiple fields, and give full play to the role of an important China-Asean open platform, a "booster" for the construction of the China-Asean Free Trade area, and a pragmatic platform for promoting regional economic integration.
