On June 2, China Building Materials International Trading Co LTD received the certificate of Origin of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) for goods exported to the Philippines, the first RCEP certificate issued by Beijing Customs for the Philippines. On the same day, the RCEP went into full effect for 15 member countries, and member countries implemented tariff concessions to each other, ushering in a new phase of full implementation of the world's largest free trade agreement.

In addition, the Philippines' accession has promoted the full implementation of the RCEP in ASEAN, expanded the RCEP's effect of scale, helped consolidate and strengthen regional industrial and supply chains, and promoted long-term prosperity and development of the global economy.
