Malaysia-china Kuantan Industrial Park has signed 18 projects

In his speech, Fathir Ismail said that since the establishment of diplomatic ties 50 years ago, bilateral relations have been rock-solid and bilateral cooperation has made great progress in many fields, especially the long-term holding of the China-Asean Expo, which has provided an important platform for Malaysian enterprises to enter the vast Chinese market, the entry into force and implementation of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (RCEP). It has lowered trade costs and promoted the integration of industrial chains between the two sides.
Fatil Ismaire also said that in 2025, Malaysia will take over from Laos as the rotating chair of ASEAN, and will continue to promote the integration of ASEAN's industrial chain, supply chain and China's high-end manufacturing industry, especially integrated circuits, semiconductor machinery and equipment industries, and learn from China's successful experience in improving people's livelihood and achieving sustainable development.
CAI Zhenjun, second-level inspector of the General Office of the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, said that Guangxi and Malaysia have a good foundation for cooperation, and Malaysia has become the first largest investment destination for Guangxi enterprises in ASEAN. On August 31 this year, Malaysia's first batch of fresh durian was exported to Guangxi, which was warmly welcomed by local citizens.
CAI Zhenjun said that he is willing to join hands with people from all walks of life in Malaysia to seize the opportunity of the construction of the 3.0 version of the China-Asean Free Trade Area and further deepen cooperation in such fields as economy, trade, tourism and people-to-people exchanges.
At the event, the China-Asean special Commodity Convergence Center signed a strategic cooperation memorandum with Guangxi Zhongma Qindan Industrial Service Co., LTD., and signed an agreement with relevant overseas Chinese businessmen and overseas Chinese enterprise representatives.
Lin Zheyu, general manager of China-Asean Special Commodities Convergence Center, said that it will help high-quality enterprises from Malaysia and ASEAN countries to carry out exchanges and cooperation in Guangxi, and help Chinese enterprises enter Malaysia.
